Karina Nascimento
Karina Nascimento is a Brazilian born bodybuilder / fitness model turned physique competitor. She moved to Texas in 1986 and that is where her love for bodybuilding started at the age of 16. Running track and playing volleyball made her want to be more defined and want to change her body from the average look. After many endeavors in her childhood, she decided to change her life completely and soon met her first trainer, Herman Steele, in Arlington, Texas. He changed her body into a work of art. Soon she started to win overall championships in bodybuilding shows. Karina loved the challenge of working out and competing. After such a successful amateur career, Karina went back to Brazil and was awarded her Pro Card by Brazilian IFBB President, Alexander Pagnani. Karina loves representing both Brazil and the United States in bodybuilding. In 2003, Karina was invited to compete in the prestigious Ms. International, the ladies’ event competition at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic. As a rookie, she placed an incredible third place, beating several highly ranked professional bodybuilders. Her career sky-rocketed.
Even though Karina loves bodybuilding, she is at heart a “fashion girl.” This motivated her to pursue a fitness and modeling career rather than the hardcore bodybuilding path. She met her husband at that time and decided to enter the figure division in the IFBB. For the next seven years, Karina devoted herself to being a great mom. She has three children: Kristina (7), Teddy (5), and Gabriella (2). Now she is ready to compete again; this time in the women’s physique division. With her great looks and well honed physique, she will be certainly be at the top of the field for a long time to come.

Sexy Food Prep with Marina Lopez

Building muscle isn't all about lifting weights, you gotta eat right. Marina Lopez makes cooking look fabulous in her latest video from Hardbodyvideo. Did it actually contain food? I wasn't paying attention.

Yaxeni Oriquen Wins Ms. International

Female bodybuilder Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia was crowned Ms. International at the 2012 Arnold Sports Festival. It was tough competition, especially with previous champ Iris Kyle out due to a knee injury. The top six rounds out with Debi Laszewski (2), Alina Popa (3), Cathy LeFrancois (4), Kim Buck (5), Brigita Brezovac (6).
Congrats to Yaxeni and all the competitors
Sample383AA0312 Supergirl
I was invited to a morphing challenge over at The Perfect Boobs forum. Take Laura Vandervoort who played Supergirl on Smallville and morph how you want. I'm a sucker for Supergirl and rose to the challenge. This is a different morphing style, grafting the chest of Michaela Nyx on to Laura to create the super-sized Kryptonian. A little coloring here and there and Shazam! (oops wrong superhero)

A morph by any other name
You've seen one female muscle morph, you've seen them all right? Think again. There are different nuances to this fetish art you may not be aware of.
The term morph as it's used in the fantasy muscle world is a misnomer. A morph is really a special effect that changes one image into another in a seamless transition, like in Michael Jackson's Black & White video. One thing "morphs" into something else entirely. What Area Orion and other FMG morpher's really do is photo manipulation and enhancement with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. Morph seems to have stuck so we use it.
Female muscle morphs fall into two main classifications: Super-Sized and What-If. Super-Sized morphs aim to depict women with more muscle than humanly possible. What-If morphs show how celebrities, models or everyday women would look with muscle. Within those classifications, there are various styles of morphing - or methods artists use to create photographic digital muscle enhancements.
Each style has advantages and disadvantages, so it comes down to which works best for what you're trying to achieve. Styles are sometimes used in conjunction with another. Here's a morph that mixes them all. We Transgen a Bigify morph (created by BigDudes). Frankenmorph on breasts, FaceOff with a model and add some PaintOver effects. That's one big-ass Brooklyn Decker.
