UPDATE on me: I haven't lifted a heavy weight in over 15 months!! Literally like nothing over 10lbs!! I am still holding quite a bit of my muscle tho! But i am working towards slowing bringing my size down. Currently i am doing 3 full body circuits a week and then plyo and cardio workouts as well. I am at about 143lbs right now

The article is written by well-known female bodybuilder Pauline Nordin and is entitled “Defining ‘Eating Disorder’.” The subtitle of the post is “Since when did caring about what you put in your body become a bad thing?”
