Sometimes to nice to try different things. We started a monthly theme over at FemaleMuscle to have artists try different mediums. Granted, this is still Photoshop but it feels good to break out of comfortable norms.
Instead of solid colors, I used stock texture images. Skin images for skin. Fabric textures for her clothes, etc.
