KO gets a boob job. I didn't originally plan on posting this breast expansion morph of KO (Kortney Olson), but it has been leaked elsewhere and thought it was time. Here's a little backstory on it:

My collaborations with SheMuscle consist of two morphs per model, one clean and one nude(ish). Kortney OK'd having them done, but didn't want any breast expansion - just muscle. After she saw the results, she was curious to see how her tits looked much bigger. Enter this third breast expansion morph. No muscle enhancement was done to give KO a clear picture of how she would look with a D cup. She loved it.
