Colette Nelson fully pumped. I created this nearly a year and a half ago but was never really happy with the outcome. Looking at it now I'm not sure why.

She-Hulk
Gorgeous, green and stacked with muscle, She-Hulk is arguably the favorite Super-heroine of female muscle fans. She's nearly as strong as the hulk without the anger issues. Created by Stan Lee & John Buscema, She-Hulk made her first appearance in Marvel Comic's Savage She-Hulk #1 (Feb 1980).
Every superhero has an origin. Mild mannered lawyer Jennifer Walters was shot and seriously wounded by Mob goons. Her cousin Bruce Banner (aka The Incredible Hulk) happened to be in town and performed a blood transfusion to save her life. His gamma irradiated blood gave her the ability to transform into the green amazonian goddess She-Hulk.
At first she was savage and wild like the Hulk, but eventually gained back her normal persona & intelligence. Between independent adventures, She-Hulk joined the Avengers and the Fantastic Four for a brief period. She's continued working as a high-powered attorney between fighting bad guys, and even recently worked as a bounty hunter. There have been some new incarnations of She-Hulk, but Jennifer Walters remains the original and fan favorite.
Savage, Sensational and Self-titled, there have been various She-Hulk solo series through the years. Even with a loyal following, all were ultimately canceled. John Byrne's "Sensational She-Hulk #1" had "Shulkie" on the cover saying "buy this book or I'll come to your house and rip up your X-Men comics. It didn't work, although she can still be seen in various titles around the Marvel Universe. See more of She-Hulk at your local comic book store.

Strong Women in History: Marie Ford
Famous American strongwoman Marie Ford was born in New York in 1900. At 132 Lbs and 5’6” tall, she participated in Marathon, acrobatics, boxing and wrestling. Marie toured all over North America and challenged volunteers to boxing or wrestling matches.
Marie Ford was a pioneer of Pancration, the mixed combat style which is a combination of wrestling and boxing. When competing, Marie used the tactics of contemporary MMA fighters: she "softened" the opponent with accurate powerful punches and then vigorously grabbed him/her, threw down and pinned. At those times, they wrestled just for a pin rather than for a submission.
The idea to combine boxing and wrestling came to Marie when she performed in the American South. A well-endowed female giant challenged Marie to a fight and she had only established a weight limit for male opponents. Trained by the Marathon, Marie hoped to exhaust her much larger and stronger opponent and she eventually was victorious..

Artist Spotlight on Frank Frazetta
Frank Frazetta is one of the most influential and emulated fantasy artists ever. Born 1928 in Brooklyn, NY, he showed remarkable drawing talent early and was enrolled into the Brooklyn Academy of Fine Arts at eight years old. At sixteen, he began working for comic artist John Giunta and soon published his own comic, Snowman. Throughout the 1940's, he continued learning his craft at various smaller publishing companies
Frazetta burst on to the comics scene in the early 1950's and worked on many mainstream publications. This work led to a nine year run with Andy Capp on Li'l Abner. Eventually his comic artwork slowed due to changing times and went to work for men's magazines.
A painting for Mad Magazine in 1964 changed everything. United Artists studios saw his parody ad on the back cover and hired him to create the movie poster for "What's New Pussycat?" He earned a year's salary in one afternoon and was hired for more. His subsequent work for paperbacks, magazines and movie posters established him as one of the world's top commercial artists.
By the 1980's, Frazetta was widely sought after as the leading fantasy artist. Big Hollywood names like Copolla, Spielberg, Lucas and more commissioned him for various movie projects. Many of his paintings have also been used for album covers by musicians like Nazareth, Molly Hatchet and most recently Wolfmother.
Frazetta was plagued later in life by health problems. His motor skills were impaired by a series of strokes in the 2000's. He didn't give up, just switched to his left hand to paint and draw. Frank Frazetta died in 2010, but continues to influence and inspire many within the fantasy and sci fi genre.
