We're saying goodbye to 2011 in an absurdly BIG way. Busty glamour model Jordan Carver stayed in the BE labs a bit too long, but as we say at Area Orion "You can never have too much." Here's to an amazing 2012.

Female Bodybuilder Jeannie Paparone
I am very personable, and outgoing, and I have a little sense of humor LOL. I'm very caring and nurturing. My first contest was very exciting, being in gymnastics all of my life, I love competing on stage and in front of an audience. I knew when I won my first show, that I would like to continue with bodybuilding. I have the video from my first show, how funny to see me back then at a 114lbs my first contest weight!
My competitive goals is to continue competing and be on the Olympia Stage again and to do the Arnold Classic again in 2011. My motivation for bodybuilding is when I became Anorexic in high school. Bodybuilding had saved my life. I admired Rachel Mclish, and Cory Eversons body. I thought to myself, they look so feminine even with muscles. I had the muscular genetics anyways being in gymnastics, so I just followed through with it. My biggest obstacle to success is to have more exposure for myself and for women's bodybuilding. Another obstacle is having a strong mind, I believe if you think positive and put your mind to anything, you can succeed at anything.
Jeannie is from Chicago and currently lives in Las Vegas. See more of her at jeanniesfit4life.com, Facebook & Twitter

Little nuggets of news from the Female Muscle world.
IFBB Female Bodybuilder Heather Policky retires @MuscleSportMagazine
Heather is back on track with her life after a series of injuries and personal problems. Although she is currently retired and has stated that she has no plans to ever compete again as a bodybuilder, we will see if a change to the new Women’s Physique Division may be in the cards for her.
Exclusive Interview with Cheerleader Anna Watson @FitGemsNation
College bowls season is upon us, and many teams are getting ready for these special games. One of those teams is the Georgia Bulldogs, who will be playing in the Outback Bowl on January 2, 2012. Toward the end of the season, a Georgia Bulldog turned some heads on the internet...but it wasn't a football player. It was a cheerleader by the name of Anna Watson.
New Gladiatorerna (Swedish Gladiators) premiers in Sweden @TV4.se
The heroes have landed! On January 7, the largest and baddest Gladiators TV show is back. Thousands of candidates have undergone stringent tests, but only 32 courageous contenders have been selected. Now they face the toughest challenge of all - to take on the gladiators.
Christine Envall to return to the stage in 2012? @Freya
The Australian Christine Envall, triple world champion and former NABBA pro in the ranks of the IFBB will make his comeback in the 2012 season. The information was first circulated as a rumor, but the woman herself has confirmed it.

It's seems I've made an error. The before pic is Sarah Dunlap and after is Sarah Hayes. Two female bodybuilders named Sarah that look similar and only have MySpace accounts. Thanks for pointing it out!
Here's an updated (and more accurate) transformation of Sarah Dunlap.
It's a fact that every bodybuilder undergoes a transformation. It's one of the reasons they're so fascinating. Here's a before & after of female bodybuilder Sarah Hayes that shows another amazing transformation from the everyday into the sublime.

Monica Mowi
Born: 1980 April 14
From: Stockholm, Sweden now living in Florida
Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Stockholm, one semester at the PhD program "Exercise, Nutrition and Preventive Health" at Baylor University.
Occupation: Web designer, web master, videographer, fitness model, dietary consultant.
Goal: To get a pro card in Bodybuilding!
I was born on 14 April, 1980, in Stockholm, Sweden. Since childhood I have always been fascinated by sculptured, muscular athletic bodies. So at an age of 13 I attended a seminar with a fitness competitor, after which it didn't take long until I became a gym rat. I soon realized the importance of good nutrition for maximum results, and read everything I could get my hands on about healthy eating and training. Being amazed at how well my body responded to the weight lifting and nutritional improvements I implemented in my routine, my desire to build muscle and compete grew stronger and stronger. With my background in dancing I felt confident enough to go up on the fitness stage.
I competed in three national Swedish fitness shows at age 19, right after having finished upper secondary school. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, that same year (1999) I started to study nutrition at the University of Stockholm. I finished my Bachelor's degree in nutrition in year 2003 and Master's degree with a major in nutrition a year later. While being a student I started to write for the Swedish fitness and bodybuilding magazine BODY, and a year after I finished my Master's degree I published my first book (in Swedish) called Functional Foods for Health and Energy Balance.
My great interest in scientific research about nutrition, exercise training and supplementation, brought me to the United States. In January 2005, I started to study at the PhD-program "Exercise, Nutrition and Preventive Health" at Baylor University in Texas. The crammed academic schedule forced me to let go of a major part of my workouts, which I was not happy with. So after successfully having completed one semester I moved on to Florida to resume my intense weight training which I missed so badly, and pursue my bodybuilding goals, while getting more and more involved with web design and web development.

UPDATE on me: I haven't lifted a heavy weight in over 15 months!! Literally like nothing over 10lbs!! I am still holding quite a bit of my muscle tho! Article written by Pauline Nordin on Muscle & Fitness - Hers website sparks controversy @Feministing
